I will speak about my new novel, Fire on the Mountain, and its themes at the Universities of Bologna and Siena in Italy on May 18th and 21st respectively, courtesy of the literature department at Bologna University and the Tribunale di Siena and Centro Siena Toronto.

City Stories - a weekend photography and creative writing course with the Royal Institute of British Architecture (RIBA). From 19-21 May 2017 photographer Diego Ferrari and I will teach a weekend course aimed at developing participants' creativity and awareness of architecture.
Acclaimed Turkish novelist Elif Shafak will be at the UEA Spring Literary Festival on 8th March 7-8pm.
