Run by the fantastic Scott Esposito, The Quarterly Conversation is a europhile literary magazine based in California, and features interviews, reviews and essays on literary fiction including heroes of 'high' literary fiction such as Robert Walser, Roberto Bolano, Elfriede Jelinek.


Birkbeck College's literary portal The Writer's Hub features fiction, essays, reviews, interviews, podcasts and other information on Birkbeck's creative writing programme.


The University of East Anglia and Writer's Centre Norwich have teamed up to create a new literary portal,, which has both an East Anglian and international flavour and showcases the wealth of literary talent associated with the city and with UEA's Creative Writing programme.


Not quite a literary magazine, Spitalfields Life is the online portal for a nearby neighbourhood and which is home to many artists and writers, documents this creative powerhouse of contemporary London.


African Writing Magazine is a portal for contemporary African fiction - 'many literatures, one voice' is its motto.
